SOFTKRAFT respects the intellectual property rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, designs and other proprietary rights. Images and visual content appearing on this website may be original, AI-generated, AI-assisted, digitally edited, transformed or otherwise adapted for illustrative, creative or presentation purposes. SOFTKRAFT takes reasonable steps to ensure that such content is used in a manner consistent with applicable Indian laws and does not intentionally represent third-party content, products, designs or trademarks as being owned or created by SOFTKRAFT. While SOFTKRAFT makes every effort to ensure that product profiles (Trio-Flute, Penta-Flute, Hexa-Flute), finishes, CAD dimensions, and technical data presented on this website are accurate, actual production tolerances, batch finishes, and color swatches may vary slightly. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice in our pursuit of continuous technical improvement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SOFTKRAFT, Gotawat Industries, or its distributors be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SOFTKRAFT's website, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
